Matt joined the firm in 2009 as a Financial Advisor after an introduction by a mutual friend at Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. Matt has a desire to help clients to be better stewards with the resources God has entrusted to them. This is accomplished through wise Financial, Estate, Tax, and Family Inheritance Planning. Matt has a unique process to help clients identify Wealth Transfers they may be making unknowingly and unnecessarily. Prior to joining the firm, Matt was a Financial Advisor for one of the largest Wealth Management Firms in the United States, UBS Financial Services.
Matt began his career in the industry in 2003 by working with friends, family, and Church members in the areas of: basic Budgeting and Cash Flow Management to Full Comprehensive Financial Planning. Matt is licensed as both a Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative. Matt is a Certified Financial Planner, CFP®, a Certified Roth Conversion Specialist, CRCS®, as well as a Certified Kingdom Advisor, CKA®. KA is the largest group of Christian Financial Professionals in the US that strive to integrate their faith into their profession.
Being active in the local church and community is important to Matt. He has had the privilege of serving in leadership roles at his local church to include: Church Council, Stewardship Committee, Personnel Committee, Pastor Search Committees, as well as serving as the Referee Commissioner for 3 years for Upward Basketball. In addition to his leadership in the local church, Matt has previously served on the Board as Treasurer as well as volunteered for a local Homeless shelter and has participated in multiple Habitat for Humanity projects in his city.
Matt is married to Leigh Ann and they have one daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys time with family, camping, water skiing, exercising, and spending time with friends.

Tony is an Investment Advisor Representative with Inline Financial Strategies, where he helps people with their financial and retirement planning, estate planning, investments, and risk management. Tony has a passion for helping business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, retiring and retired people to be wise stewards of the resources God has entrusted to them. He is well suited for this role as he grew up in a family-owned business, and for over 30 years, he has been involved in small businesses in one form or another. He has partnered with others and been on his own, in prosperous times and in tough times. He has weathered business start-ups and turnarounds, and even closings. He knows firsthand the stresses and pressures that must be dealt with on a daily basis as a business owner.
As a Life Stewardship Coach, Tony gets the most satisfaction out of coaching individuals and business owners through the Life Stewardship Coaching process. It allows him to help them gain clarity of where they are and where they want to be, with a new sense of purpose and confidence as good stewards of the time and resources that God has blessed them with.
Tony is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas and Capernwray Bible School. He has his Series 66 Securities Licenses. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), Certified Estate Planner (CEP), licensed in life and health insurance, and a Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA).
Tony has spent most of his life in Texas and considers it home. He is married to Cindy, and they have five children and seven grandchildren. He is active in a local church. He has served and supported, with his time and resources, numerous charities, and non-profits.
Ricky Taylor

Ricky joined the firm in early 2017 as the Director of Financial Operations for the Texas advisors. Ricky oversees the Back Office operations, blending his many years of finance and accounting experience with the administrative, planning and coordinating requirements associated with the group of financial advisors that he is privileged to work with. Prior to joining the firm, Ricky worked for a Dallas-based energy firm, where he held various senior management roles in the areas of financial planning, audit, accounting and business process improvement. Ricky has certifications in internal audit, controlled self-assessments, construction audit and project planning.
Being active in the local church and community is an important part of Ricky’s life. He has had the privilege of serving in numerous leadership roles at his local church, including key duties in governance, men’s ministry, finance and member assimilation, and he has been on the Board of local community organizations and sports associations.
Ricky grew up and continues to live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area – attending high school and college there, then marrying his college sweetheart, Jackie. Ricky and Jackie have a son and daughter-in-law who live in the Fort Worth area, and they have two granddaughters. When not working, Ricky can be found playing pickleball and golf, and traveling throughout the United States (usually to play pickleball!).

Jackie joined the firm in 2021 as the Financial Operations Project Manager for the advisors located in Texas. She has a degree in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, and after college, she worked in the investment banking business for many years. Those years of experience, along with 20+ years working at a highly respected agency that provides interpretation services for the Deaf, provide a significant foundation for her work with the firm.
Jackie is an active member of a local church and over the years, she has served in leadership roles in various ministries. Teaching in children’s Bible classes, Vacation Bible School, and directing the Deaf Ministry are some of the ways Jackie has served in her church.
Jackie is married to Ricky, and they have a son and daughter-in-law. In her spare time, Jackie spends as much time as she can with her two granddaughters – and the rest of her family. Traveling, hiking and playing pickleball are activities that keep Jackie busy when she is not in the office.
